Master Axe is Chicagoland’s only establishment to offer Axe Throwing and alcohol, all under the same roof. Our main mission is to provide excellent customer service and leave a lasting impression on every guest that comes through our doors, meanwhile maintaining a safe environment for all. At Master Axe, it is all about quality over quantity and it definitely shows! Due to our location being smaller than standard axe throwing facilities, it allows for a lot more one on one time with our associates, creating a better overall experience for you and your group. In efforts to maintain short wait times, we encourage our customers to make reservations ahead on our website. For your convenience, please call us If your group plans on paying separately.

If you have to cancel please do it 2 weeks ahead of time and we can set you up with a future date at no additional cost. If you do not call with a two week notice you may be charged an additional booking fee.

How much does it cost?
Pricing for our sessions will vary depending on the day and will range from $19.00 - $35.00 per player; click HERE for the specifics!
What are your hours of operation?
Master Axe is open 7 days a week and our daily hours can be found by clicking HERE.
How far in advance do I have to make a reservation?
Reservations are accepted all the way up until the day of, however it is best to book in advance for larger groups to guarantee availability. EXAMPLE: A group of 20+ should be booked about a month in advance.
Is there an age restriction?
You must be 10 years old to enter the facility or throw axes and accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are 16 or older you do not require a parent or guardian however you must fill a waiver out before arriving. The waiver can be found HERE.
Speaking of adult fun, is there alcohol allowed?
BYOB is not allowed, however we sell beer and wine on premises. Check out our drink menu here!
How long are we allowed to rent a lane for?
Lane rental duration is totally up to you and your group! Groups on average will throw anywhere from 1-2 hours.
Can we bring our own axes?
Outside axes are not allowed in our facility to maintain a safe environment for all.
Are people allowed to spectate alongside groups?
Family and friends are more than welcome to spectate and cheer you on, however any person who enters our facility MUST sign a waiver before throwing/spectating.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?
If you have a “Two Hour” reservation, you CAN bring your own food. We provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on site. (NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED)
If you have a “One Hour” reservation, you CAN NOT bring your own food or drink. (NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR ALCOHOL ALLOWED)
